A & D Architects and Designers provides services regarding the complete architectural design and supervision of new constructions, starting from the initial design up to and including the application design. We have collaborated with prominent companies as well as with individual clients and, during our course, we have successfully completed a wide range of projects including: Commercial and Administrative Buildings, Residences, Tourist Resorts, Banks and Financial Institutions, Educational and Cultural Centers, to name but a few.

The company's personell, in collaboration with specialized maintenance and rehabilitation engineers, are ready to propose interventions that respect the original construction, highlight the cultural heritage and, with the introduction of use in the building, re-create life in the old shells.

Για κάθε συμβολαιογραφική πράξη που αφορά ακίνητο απαιτείται Βεβαίωση Μηχανικού, αποτελώντας την βεβαίωση νομιμότητας των υφιστάμενων κατασκευών και χρήσεων. Μετά από αυτοψία, αναλαμβάνουμε με ταχύτητα και υπευθυνότητα την έκδοση της βεβαίωσης για την ολοκλήρωση της δικαιοπραξίας.
Στην περίπτωση ύπαρξης αυθαίρετης κατασκευής ή χρήσης -μέχρι 27/7/2011- αναλαμβάνουμε την υπαγωγή του ακινήτου στις διατάξεις του νόμου 4495/17 περί αντιμετώπισης της αυθαίρετης δόμησης. Αξιοποιώντας την ισχύουσα νομοθεσία δίνουμε τη βέλτιστη δυνατή λύση, ώστε οι ιδιοκτήτες να τακτοποιούν τις πολεοδομικές αυθαιρεσίες των ακινήτων τους και να έχουν τη δυνατότητα να προχωρήσουν σε συμβολαιογραφικές πράξεις.
